Scope and opening. We confirm scope and every opening before anything is ordered.

Glass and hardware. Ordered, tracked, and delivered to the schedule.
2. Coordinate
Submittals and interfaces. We manage submittals and the handoffs with the trades around the glass.
5. Install
Sequenced field work. Trained crews, sequenced with the rest of the job.
3. Verify
Field conditions. We check what’s actually in the field, not just what’s on the drawings.
6. Close
Punch and turnover. We own the punch list through turnover.
